All arched shutter panels can be motorised using our Powermotion solar-powered motor (motor mounted on the tallest vertical section of each panel) and award-winning remote handset. Alternatively, as standard, an operating tilt rod will be fastened to the front of the shutter panel, usually offset towards the center (see image). Types of arched windows

Exclusive Arched Blind Operation. Arched blinds extend up from the bottom of the arched window when in use, and compress to the base of the arch when a wide-open view through the window is desired. You can get a grid design with a combination of these if you’d like. For instance, you can go with a fan on the arched portion and a more straightforward design on the rest. Cellular shades are great choices for arched windows, and can provide insulating and light filtering benefits. We fit most arched window blinds as we would to any rectangular window, but only if the curve is limited to the top portion of the glazing (like in the photo below). For the lower rectangular portions, any house blinds such as Roller, Duette ® or Venetian blinds will work. However, the top circular window part is where it becomes more complex and your options may be limited, especially if you would like them to fit the shape.
