Prime Hydration is a craze, but why? I was asked to try and get some to test them out. So that is exactly what I did. I was told on January 16 by a member of staff at SPAR that a delivery of Prime Hydration would be coming in the next morning between 5am and 6am. I decided to get the blue raspberry and Ice pop Prime Hydration drinks - and here's what I thought. Blue Raspberry Selected SPAR stores across the UK have been exclusively selling various flavours of Prime Hydration this week, and fans have been rushing to get them. I didn't feel refreshed, refuelled or replenished after my drinks like the bottle said I would, and despite it being seen as 'cool' to have I would say save your money, time, and effort and get yourself some flavoured water.
