So 2 days later it happens again. Not only that, but the straps have jammed on tight, so I take the seat out of the car to investigate only to find that the plastic housing around the belt tensioner under the soft-cap has broken and the strap is caught up in it. This was probably done as a result of us trying so hard to get the straps to tighten over her shoulders.
