About this deal

The fan fits into AB-BN-30_fan_front. We have learned that different "5015" fans have very different shapes. AB-BN is designed to allow for adjustment for your fan. Here's how: What it improves: Illuminates your printer’s build space so you can better watch prints and fiddle with your machine

Triple/quad fans is more for even airflow than raw airflow. In fact you will likely not be able to run them at 100% without outrunning your bed heater. I personally prefer triple/quad fans to avoid any possibility of "tacoing" my bed due to uneven temperatures. Triple fans is probably the "sweet spot".Place the .cfg file (located in the Klipper_Macros folder) in the same directory as your printer.cfg file. These macros do NOT read the chamber temperature. If your chamber is getting too hot, simply lower the fan speeds. Test fit the fan in AB-BN-30_fan_front. Looking at it from the front, move the fan around to center the turbine blades. You may need to trim your fan housing a little more. Once the fan is centered, turn this over and note where you need to add shims between AB-BN-30_fan_front and the fan. To shim this I recommend vhb tape.

The model fits into the space reserved for the pre-installed drawer and divides the space into five distinct portions. As seen in the image above, the parts are ideal for storing some of the accompanying tools, such as pliers, wrenches, Allen keys, and spare nozzles, without causing the pieces to overlap.

These macros are automatically invoked when your target bed temp is changed (and ONLY then). Because of this, you do not need to add anything to your other macros.

You should solder the cables together and use heat shrinking tube if you can. If you can’t, then make sure you get a good connection and use electric tape.

What does it do, and why should I do this mod?

The first thing you need to do is remove the existing fan duct housing and fans. To do this, you will remove the two screws holding on the housing and the four screws holding on each fan. Additional thanks to Yellowfish, Long, Greg3D and all the fearless people that took time to help me along the way. BOM Lastly, we can go with the PSU or power supply unit fan upgrade. Again, Noctua is the favorite for this fan.

bedfans-dualcontrol.cfg optionally allows for setting inner and outer fan speeds separately, for a quad fan configuration. blower fan (Sunon's 12volt MF50151VX-B00U-A99, SanAce B52, or Delta BFB0524HH 24v fan are recommended)Installing a Bullseye fan duct on your 3D printer can bring you benefits like better interlayer adhesion, better-finished layers, and many more. If not, then your fan speeds are too high.
