Uninstall the Contour Mouse driver, like you would any other application (e.g.: from "applications" menu, drag it to the bin) That said, one of the weirdest things about the Unimouse is also the very best: the thumb rest. Rather than being built into the mouse itself, it sits on an extendable, adjustable arm, so just like the top half of the mouse, you can position and angle it exactly how you want it. The Unimouse is different. Of course, this is to some extent true of all computing devices. There is no one-size-fits-all ergonomic solution for mice, keyboards or anything else because everyone is different and thus has different comfort needs. It's taken me years to find devices I can comfortably use after getting my RSI diagnosis, and I expect lots of other people are in a similar boat.
