Tips: Ensure your Watermaster mains is unplugged when not in use or when van is unattended. Ensure Watermaster mains is kept in a clean dry storage area away from direct sunlight when not in use. Can be used as a hose pipe by fitting the plug adaptor to the plug which will allow water to flow. Yes, you can continue to return items as normal as long as you follow the government guidelines about leaving your house. It is common that domestic grade plumbing pipes and connectors are used in caravans and MH's, product specifications as per JG Speedfit for example can readily cope with typical UK Mains Water Pressure.

It looks as though you are visiting us from outside the United Kingdom.

The easy connector from tap to caravan for continuous water supply. No need to carry heavy water containers. Allows a reliable continuous supply of water. Delivers water without using battery power.

I have read posts about the hose where it fits onto the spigot becomes loose or adrift, but surely this shouldn't happen on two new assemblies or is a problem with the caravan system? The easy way to draw water from the mains supply into the caravan, with no electrical connections required. Provides protection against flooding as an automatic valve will stop water spraying when plug is removed. Do what I'm already doing via the mains but plug into the "via tank" connection. I guess this would fill the tank, and the on-board pump would improve the pressure to the taps. Then I'd need to drain the tank down after each trip. The water pressure in the caravan is absolutely dismal using the Aquasource & and we are getting increasingly frustrated with it. The water pressure at the tap on the pitch is quite powerful, and I do appreciate that the Aquasource has an inbuilt pressure reducer, however, I really cannot believe the water pressure in the van should be this low. The poor water pressure is making the shower virtually on unusable and it takes an absolute age to do a simple thing like fill the washing up bowl up. We are quite new to caravanning, this being only our third outing and we have always used this connection (we’ve never actually use the Aquaroll yet). Are there any obvious faults or issues that I should look out for? Probably a stupid question, but should the water pump switch on the Control Panel be switched on or off whilst using the Aqua source connection? Might the low pressure because by something unconnected (i.e. surge damper, filter etc)?

Please Note: To use the Watermaster Mains Water Hook Up with an onboard Smartflo pump, the inlet strainer (if included with the pump) must be removed. Are we likely to get a better water pressure in the caravan if we used a Aquaroll with the supplied 12 V water pump system & ditch the Aquasource connection? Are there any settings/adjustments that can be made to the Alde water heater, incoming water? Any advice would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks We are currently on a long week end and the connection at is now leaking again when the pump is working.

Please Note: To use the Watermaster Mains Water Hook Up with an onboard Smartflopump, the inlet strainer (if included with the pump) must be removed. There should be two water pump controls, it seems. The main internal pump and a external pump (for the drop-in (aquaroll) pump. The use of Flow regulation of pressure, as the word "flow" so clearly implies, only applies to a dynamic situation, not the steady state of zero and effectively zero flow. Suitable for use with caravans and motorhomes with either microswitch or pressure switch systems. Regulates mains water pressure to nominal 1.5 bar (max. 1.8 bar). Ideal for use in UK and European Parks with mains water hook-up facilities.Every now & then, I have leaking 'O' rings on my water system at work. I put a blob of Petroleum jelly around the 'O' rings and reconnect and all is fine for a few months. I've been doing this on the same 'O' rings for over 20 years. The equipment is subject to high usage every working day, probably used more in a day, than most caravan water pumps get plugged in and out in their lifetime. Hello, I have a 2020 Bailey Unicorn Vigo and I am connecting it directly to the mains water tap on the pitch using a Whale Aquasource Mains Connector. I thought this would be a good idea, as it means I wouldn’t need an Aquaroll. I do have an aquaroll that I have never used. I could get a float valve arrangement for this, and use this in the direct to tap connection. I believe the aquaroll connector to the van has a pump on it, would this improve pressure?
