I did a favour for a neighbour ,and they repaid me by giving me a bottle of cabalie,and from the very first sip I immediately fell in love with with the beautiful taste and smell.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Just tried this wine. For the first time this weekend, I usually drink white and this was the chosen red at a silver service catered event, we ate steak so I chose the red, loved it as soon as it touched my tongue, beautifuly smooth, leaves no harsh aftertaste, just warm, full bodied and very moorish hence my search for more. Would recommend this red to anyone, there’s nothing to dislike.

What a fabulous wine. It is the first time I have tried it, but it really was something special. I would highly recommend it. Rich, smooth and full of flavour. I mainly drink white wine, at the first sip of Cabalie I was hooked. The rich, vibrant, full bodied taste captured me. I now have a whole case full to enjoy. Excellent wine, smooth , depth, perhaps a touch sweeter than one would expect. Great with bread n’cheese or drinks very well alone - meaning sans food - that is with good company! Salut!Fantastic surprise when for the first time I tried Cabalie..so smooth and melt in the mouth taste. I would recommend everyone who loves a soft and silky red wine should try this amazing wine

The absolute best red wine from this region. Sift, velvety, utterly flavourful and full of character....wonderful. I've drunk this wine for years and it keeps getting better. Used to work in the wine trade years ago and tried some of the most expensive wines in the world. But I received a bottle for my birthday. It’s a lovely wine. So smooth and full of flavour. Put it up there with some of the best. This Cabalie red rings my bell . there is no dry aftertaste but rich aromatic flavours and it is beautiful to drink without a meal or as an accompaniment Absolutely fabulous.I have tried many reds but you need to spend a lot of money to match this wine.

A delicious discovery! This wine is bursting with fruit, and is easy to drink. To be honest, it was hard not to finish the bottle in one meal. Absolutely love this wine. I have found a red wine at last after years of trying and gave up. Was given a bottle of Cavalier for my birthday, along with others. However the Cab came out tops with its lovely dark colour it’s smooth taste. some taste of berries but the feeling on the tongue is like velvet. Bravo! Bought this after a friend age. Me a bottle as a gift. It is wonderful. So smooth but with substance. Fruity flavour with depth. Pity it only seems to be available form one supplier.
