Graco Enhance car seat review - Car seats from birth - Car

John was absolutely fabulous advising us which one would be best and went to a lot of trouble fitting them safely for us. I didn't add the info about Graco Slimfit / Slimfit R129 or Joie Every Stage / Every Stage R129, but I can if you want me to. Peace of mind to go the distance with integrated safety options such as side impact protection, easy harness adjustment and a steel re-enforced frame. It’s no secret that having a baby can put strain on your finances with the never-ending list of must-haves to buy, but you can get the best budget car seats without spending a fortune or compromising on safety. All car seats have to meet certain safety regulations to ensure children will be adequately protected during an accident, regardless of price.Easily transitions from a Group 0+/1 car seat from birth to approx. 4 years (0-18kg), to a Group 1 car seat from approx. 9months to 7 years (9-25kg), to a Group 2 car seat from approx. 3 years to 7 years (15-25kg) She will only be driving with him locally in London (20mph mainly), to the park/library/etc, no motorways or country roads.

Sorry for the delay, I've only just seen this reply! And yes it is a bit confusing with all the similar names :D When travelling with a baby, there’s no limit to the mess they can make so when looking for your next car seat, consider one with removable, machine washable covers to make cleaning up little accidents, spills and leaks as simple as possible. No rethread harness allows you to easily adjust the harness and headrest together as your child grows, ensuring your child is properly secured at all ages Group 3 car seats: Based on safety regulations launched in 2017, group 3 car seats, i.e. new booster seats on the market, are limited to children who are taller than 125cm weighing more than 22kg. Ease of installation recline adjustments, with 1 rearward facing and 3 forward facing angles, provide ease and comfort during every ride

Thanks @BertieBotts - do you think the extend/steadi are better than the enhance/stages? Or just other options to consider? I’m not sure if you’re implying the the extend/steadi are r44 models? The only exception to this is if the items were delivered damaged, which must be communicated in writing to our customer service team with photographic evidence on the day you received your item(s).And keep them rear facing. Though if you think you'll forward face later, definitely go for R129 (Steadi or Extend). There's no real reason to prefer Joie over Graco, they are basically identical seats, if you choose the equivalent model, just with different fabrics. Graco is usually cheaper, but sometimes Joie is when there's an offer. I'd say when you're looking at these basic seats it's worth opting for an R129 model rather than R44 (the "group" system) simply because the test criteria is a bit stricter and you get some side impact protection. Enhance keeps your child rearward facing up to 18kg. This Graco car seat easily transitions from rearward facing infant car seat (birth to 18kg) to a forward facing 5-point harness car seat (9-25kg).
