About this deal

Mr. Lazy has more frames of animation than most of the other characters, probably because he moves much more slowly just like a sloth. Most of us know somebody who's so busy and so full of energy that too much being near them drives us nuts. That's Mr Busy! And he lives next door to Mr Slow. And he's completely unable to adjust his pace.

Likes: creating excuses to stay far away from working, sleeping a lot, cupcakes, making machinery, needing help from other Mr. Men and Little Misses The developers of The Mr. Men Show stated that Mr. Lazy's original design looked like a body organ and thus changed his design.By 1976, Hargreaves had quit his day job. In 1981, the Little Miss series of books began to appear. It, too, was made into a television series in 1983, which was narrated by John Alderton, who, with Pauline Collins, voiced the Men and Misses, respectively. Although Hargreaves wrote many other children's stories, including the Timbuctoo series of twenty-five books, John Mouse, and the Roundy and Squary books, he is best known for his 46 Mr. Men books and 33 Little Miss books. Mr. Busy is just that, he sure is busy. He is also really fast at doing things. He zips here and zips there and gets so much done that he has to bother his neighbor Mr. Slow. Have you had that friend that comes over and rushes you and expects you to do things just because they said to. Well, Mr. Slow is not interested in a Picnic with Mr. Busy and being rushed. Mr. Slow comes into Mr. Busy’s house and forces him to do what he wants and Mr. Slow is unhappy about it. This is out story. very pleased) Well, thanks a lot. Thanks ever so... (he slips and falls, dragging the log along; they land in the pond, where the log fits neatly over the dam spillway) year old says... LOL this is bad lol. I don't really like it lol because Mr slow hides under the bed which is a silly idea and you can see his foot

Storytime Online | MR BUSY by Roger Hargreaves Read Aloud by

Mr. Busy looks and sounds almost identical to Gopher from the Winnie the Pooh franchise, except he is large, has a big beavertail, and is brown instead of gray. Little Miss Busy is a yellow bean-shaped little miss, who wears red glasses, brown hair tied with blue pigtails, and green sneakers. Mr. Busy and Mr. Bustle are two human characters who appear in Mr. Lazy. They are identical twins, except Mr. Busy is short and fat and Mr. Bustle is tall and slim. These twins help Mr. Lazy get physical (but they do not realise that Mr. Lazy is not meant to get physical). They love to do work and exercise. They wear business clothes, bowler hats, glasses, and ties. They show up when Mr. Lazy has nightmares. Mr. Busy is very kind and friendly, while still being a hard worker. He is also very helpful when he manages to remove Lady's muzzle by biting through it (after being persuaded by Tramp). Voice Actors: Arthur Lowe (1975-1978), John Alderton (1983), Arnold Stang ( Mr. Men and Little Miss), Ron Rubin (US dub), Phil Lollar ( The Mr. Men Show), Tim Whitnall (UK dub), Effron Etkin ( Mr. Men and Little Miss Hebrew dub), Dor Zwigenbaum ( Mr. Men and Little Miss Hebrew dub, Mr. Lazy Takes an Afternoon Nap only)
