Too Faced Just Peachy Mattes Velvet Matte Eyeshadow Palette Too Faced Just Peachy Mattes Velvet Matte Eyeshadow Palette

We appreciate enthusiasm for new releases but ask readers to please hold questions regarding if/when Peaches and Cream is a light-medium, peachy orange with warm undertones and a matte finish. The consistency was soft, just a smidgen dusty in the pan, and felt drier and a little chalky to the touch, though I did not notice those things when I applied it to the lid, as it went on quite nicely. It had opaque coverage in a single layer, but the color darkened over time (about ten minutes) and did not appear as bright on. This shade stayed on well for seven hours, but when I placed it on my inner lid, it only managed five and a half hours–even over primer. Just Peachy (Matte) is a bright, medium coral-orange with warm undertones and a matte finish. It had intense color payoff that darkened slightly compared to the pan when applied to bare skin, and it only darkened a bit over the brand’s primer (but still some). The consistency was on the thinner side and drier, though it blended out well and lasted for seven hours on me. Peach Tart is a dark brown with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. It had semi-opaque, buildable pigmentation that applied evenly to bare skin and blended out without turning patchy, despite having a thinner texture. It was not powdery nor was it stiff in the pan, though it had a drier feel overall that emphasized my lid’s texture a bit without primer. This shade wore well for seven and a half hours on me.Just Ripe is a muted, dark reddish plum with warm undertones and a matte finish. The pigmentation was nearly opaque, and a touch more on top made it full coverage. The eyeshadow had a thin, drier texture but was not dusty or prone to sheering out on the lid; I felt like the dryness worked better for getting good coverage to actually adhere and stay on the lid over time. It lasted for seven and a half hours on me before creasing. I also noticed that those more white-based shades did not work as well on the inner corner of my eye as any wateriness seemed to travel and cause severe fading (almost erasure of the eyeshadow) shortly after, and by no means am I referring to extremely watery eyes... just a normal day and my eyes never felt like they were watering, but I could tell that they must have at some point as eyeshadow started to go missing and there was a harsher edge where it had gone missing over time. I have seen it happen on occasion with some matte eyeshadows but never as bad as with these. It did not matter if I wore Too Faced's Shadow Insurance under those shades or not; the same thing happened. The eyeshadows had a sweet, peachy scent to them, but I did not find it as strong or as prone to lingering compared to the Sweet Peach palette, which seemed sweeter, peachier, and I could smell that scent when I applied the eyeshadows, whereas I did not smell anything when working with Just Peachy. Too Faced Sweet Peach Eyeshadow Palette Review - Temptalia

Peach Cobbler is a slightly muted, medium-dark burnt orange with warm undertones and a matte finish. The color payoff was good–very nearly opaque–and easily built up to full coverage with just a smidgen more product layered on top. The texture was soft and blendable, though it did feel on the drier side in the pan, and was still a thinner eyeshadow. It started to crease on me after seven hours of wear. Peach Butter is a very light beige with warm, peachy undertones and a matte finish. The color payoff was opaque, while the texture was soft, smooth, and not too powdery nor was it firm or stiff in the pan. It was easy to work with, though the white base turned the mid-tone and darker shades a bit grayish and ashy at times (which is not a constant issue I’ve had with these types of colors in the past, just with some of them). It lasted for just over seven hours on me before fading, though if I wore it on my inner corner, it disappeared within five hours–even over primer. If you do not like sweet flowery fragrances - do not go for this! It does have a strong smell of peach. She has normal-to-dry skin with occasional dryness on cheeks and nose. She has a light plus skintone with subtle, warmer yellow undertones ( view her foundation matches here). MAY CONTAIN/PEUT CONTENIR (+/-): Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), Manganese Violet (CI 77742)This one doesn’t call my name. I think I’m all set when it comes to matte eyeshadows for now and for a long time. I did like some of the colours, but it turned out I had dupes for them. Talc, Ethylene/Acrylic Acid Copolymer, Mica, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Extract/Oryza Sativa Extract, Zinc Stearate, Lauroyl Lysine, Aluminum Dimyristate, Aqua/Water/Eau, Benzyl Benzoate, Disodium Stearoyl Glutamate, Ficus Carica (Fig) Fruit Extract/Ficus Carica Fruit Extract, Glycerin, Fragrance/Parfum, Phenoxyethanol, Poloxamer 338, Potassium Sorbate, Propylene Glycol Dicaprylate/Dicaprate, Prunus Persica (Peach) Fruit Extract/Prunus Persica Fruit Extract, Silica, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Sorbic Acid, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Xanthan Gum, Carmine (CI 75470). Peach Tea is a light-medium brown with warm, orange undertones and a matte finish. It had good color coverage in a single layer, and it was easy to control the pigmentation I wanted, whether that was more medium or opaque. The consistency was soft, not dusty or powdery in the pan, and while it felt drier to the touch, it adhered evenly to bare skin and blended out easily. It wore well for seven and a half hours on me. Peach Punch is a vibrant, medium-dark pink-coral with subtle, warm undertones and a matte finish. The intensity of this one seemed to fade within five to ten minutes of application something more muted, though it was still quite pigmented and stayed opaque on the lid. It had a smooth, drier texture that was blendable on the lid. The color wore well for seven hours before fading noticeably. Peach Meringue is a light-medium, yellowed beige with warm undertones and a matte finish. It had nearly opaque pigmentation with a soft, smooth texture that was drier in the pan but it blended out well on the lid. It had a stronger white base to the color that had a tendency to turn darker shades in the palette grayish or chalky, which made it difficult to use as a blending shade or above the crease. It lasted for seven hours on me.
