For whatever reason, i've had some connection issues with sky q using wifi since the update, ethernet fixed these issues. Web interface freezes occasionally. I did have the exact same issue with Three and the 5G router Huawei CPE Pro, and setting up a VPN fixed the issue for me. I never bothered to measure speed before things went bad in March but since then I'm rarely getting 1Mbps - it's more like 400 kbps at best times.
