About this deal

Death has a unique smell. I've been in the presence of people who have killed; I've been in rooms where people have been killed. I've seen the unspeakable things human beings are capable of. None of that puts me off my aim; I want to see those people caught, convicted and sent to jail. I admire Mark for what he has done, what he does on a daily basis and what he hopes to achieve in the future. All that said, this is a decent read. His favourite cases involve missing persons and murders, but not exclusively; the author is the man who revealed Jimmy Savile's crimes to the public, so there's quite a lot about that too. He will take you on a personal journey to discuss the mind of a murderer, human fascination with killers and the cold-blooded cases which haunt him the most from around the world Boasting an impressive 15-season run, this beloved crime procedural delves into the terrifying world of serial killers from the perspective of the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit. Combining cutting-edge methods in psychological profiling, the team uncovers and examines the twisted inner workings of some of the most notorious murderers on television. A charismatic ensemble cast, led by Mandy Patinkin, Thomas Gibson, and Joe Mantegna, ensures viewers remain captivated throughout unflinchingly dark storylines.

My Book: Hunting Killers (Purchase a Signed Book)

If you’re interested in true crime I’d recommend this book. Being a big fan of true crime and crime shows/books I thought most of the processes Mark would talk about I’d have heard about from these but the covers processes I had not previously heard about and I found this very interesting. Mark's story is a relentless and inspiring one; it is the story of a life dedicated to justice. Read more Details I found this an interesting read as Mark narrated his work. I found it fascinating how he explained the processes he uses. He shares examples of how he has been able to use these processes to solve cases he has worked on. No offense to anyone but I believe there is a certain group out there lobbying against this guy, I don't know for what reason, but this surely is very unprofessional to allow your personal grudges creep into the professional front. Set in the late '70s, this engrossing series delves into the nascent field of criminal profiling, as FBI agents Holden Ford and Bill Tench, played by Jonathan Groff and Holt McCallany, interview imprisoned serial killers to comprehend their motives. Featuring an authentic, cerebral approach to both the murderers and the investigators, this David Fincher-directed masterpiece presents a fascinating dissection of the minds that changed law enforcement forever.
