I would say yes it’s not very expensive and if you’re looking for a speaker that has a rugged feel that can be used vertically or horizontally and has a decent sound profile for the cost of the speaker. When you start eating into the battery life you will be able to see the amount of battery life left indicated by the number of LEDs on. The fact it comes with an IPX7 rating means you can take this speaker to the beach, away on holiday (When we are allowed to do so) and is a good size meaning it’s nice and portable. I also liked the addition of being able to use my smart assistant when listening to my music. However, if you play this speaker at up to 60% volume you will enjoy it If you take speaker down the beach or by that inflatable pool we have all bought for the garden in the recent heatwave. It comes IPX5 rated which means it will be able to handle a sustained low-pressure water jet or in normal life, if you happen to bump in the pool and splash the speaker it will be fine. Just don’t drop the speaker in the pool otherwise it’s dead. The Speaker also has a 10m Bluetooth range which means you can connect it to your phone but won’t need to be close to the speaker for it to work. When you turn the speaker on you will also see an LED that is embedded in the rubber cover. This is a Blue light when you turn the speaker on and it flashes when you go into pairing mode.
