I have a sawyer mini.In the instructions on my pouch ,on no.5,it reads to open push-pull valve on cap filter.on my filter the valve will not go up or down. Are they talking about the cap on top of the valve? Some reviewers have claimed issues with the battery and that it has failed at crucial moments; I have not personally faced any such issues during my four years of ownership.
