To quantify the coverage of the GYBs on the sphere, we divided the GYBs positive area by the total area of the sphere surface. Furthermore, the similar fractional coverage of 10/1 group at different periods under HFMF also revealed the stability of CMH after treatment (Supplementary Fig. 4b–d).
