About this deal

I am a work in progress. I like where I am right now but I am working to continue improving myself and be a better me. I am blessed with talent, resources, knowledge, ideas that make me a valuable and relevant part of any group or organization.

Personalizing. When something bad occurs, you automatically blame yourself. I don't know. I think the repetitiveness of reading coffee and self talk throughout the book about a million times got to me. I LOVE the idea of this book! I think spending 5 minutes a day to boost yourself and envision the life you dream is a very helpful and simple way of practicing mindfulness and self love! I consciously choose what I think and I always choose thoughts that are positive and beneficial for me.
