About this deal

Hey there, I’m glad you found this review! In this article, I want to talk about the Goosehill Sailor Touring inflatable paddle board with you—specifically, the 12’6 one. I tested this board myself and I can tell you right away that this iSUP is an awesome touring paddle board you can find in 2022. And did I mention that it’s affordable too? Well, you may have known that already if you read my Goosehill article I wrote a while ago. The electric pump is noisy. It can inflate up to 22 psi, so that’s a lot, and I was impressed. It needs to be connected to a car to work, unlike the Whale. Leash Leash This green-hued model (in Turquoise Green / Caribbean Blue) from Itiwit is easy on the eyes and the budget. The inflatable board is robust enough to take touring for up to half a day, while being stable and supportive enough for beginners to brave. The board can take a single passenger weighing in the region of 60kg to 80kg, and can be used to cruise and to traverse small waves.

Key specs – Total weight: 17kg; Length: 265cm; Width: 75cm; Height: 10cm; Air pressure: 18psi; Volume: 161L; How much can it carry: 95kg; Accessories: Pump, bag, leash and fins. If you’re on the hunt for a touring paddle board that can take you around the world, I highly recommend the Goosehill Touring 12’6. With awesome qualities that provide stability, speed, and durability, this paddle board is a high-performing touring iSUP that can be used as a multi-purpose paddle board.

Go for a paddle without breaking the budget: the best inflatable paddle boards you can buy

When fully inflated, this board maintains its structural integrity and stability, making it ideal for beginners. As seen in this list, many of the cheaper paddle boards come with warranties that are equal to or better than more expensive boards. This seriously reduces the risk of buying ‘cheap’, and should give you the confidence you are buying a well made board that will last a good amount of time. Similarly, the Goosehill inflatable stand up paddle board may be readily stored in a tiny space—under your bed, in the trunk of your car, or in your wardrobe, for example. Goosehill uses a SCE Second Generation, which is applied to their Rainbow board, Sailor touring, and Racing board. Like what I’ve already said a hundred times, the Goosehill Sailor Touring board is very stable. And even though it is a fast paddle board, it still feels quite sturdy when tried in the water. Aside from that, it has a width of 32” which makes it really easy to balance and navigate.

I pushed this budget paddleboard to its weight limit: Bestway SUP

Actually, there are a lot of all-around paddle boards in the market but not all of them have a pointed nose that can offer quite the speed like the Goosehill Sailor 12’6 without putting in much of an effort. So, I guess that’s one of its advantages.I’ve chosen the Aquaplanet Pace because it’s a little bit different in terms of shape, which I really like. Whilst I’d still class it as a beginner board, it lends itself to better progression because the width is a bit narrower than most beginner boards. The pointer, narrower shape means the board will cut through the water and glide much better than rounded, wide boards.
