All four discs offer some really interesting Inside the Episode featurettes, most of which include interviews with the principal cast and crew. While I’ve gone through the first game in full twice, along with a few chapters of the remake, I’ve been just as affected with the opening chapter in every single version. However, when it comes to this TV show, this is not the case and I was left cold. YMMV. In the game, Sam was left to sleep on his own, whereas this time, Ellie sleeps in the same room as him, only discovering the ‘medicine’ didn’t work when she goes to say hello in the morning. Beyond that, while it was speculated that Henry and Sam’s story would last longer in the series – which wasn’t the case, their outcome is the same as in the game.
