The nearby theater is showing a movie from the 1980s, a metaphor for Jordan wanting to escape and live in a simpler time.

Cole was a douche the whole story until the end when he suddenly had an abrupt change of heart that I didn’t see coming. She’s always had an old soul because she is wise beyond her years and she had to grow up pretty early because of her lifestyle when she was young.
