My son likes them as well, and he leaves out about a third of the included sauce to make them a touch milder. Since I have already tried different buldak ramens, from the least spicy to 2X Spicy Original Flavor (maybe the 3X variety in the future), I am too familiar with their tastes. Unless you’ve been living under a rock or were pleasantly whisked away by little green men within the last couple of years, Samyang Food’s Buldalk Bokkeum Myeon (aka Hot Chicken Flavored Ramen) series of fiery noodles needs no introduction.

Carbonara was the last flavor I tried and, despite being full and tired of Buldak noodles, I ate the entire package. These ramen noodles are one of the spiciest available at this point and are available in many different tastes. The ‘Fire Noodle Challenge’ is something of legend; people will try to eat a bowl of the spicy noodles as fast as they can and then (usually in a YouTube video), the reaction to the heat is seen, ranging from silence to screaming, calmness to dripping sweat. People said it was sweet and spicy, but I don’t know why I really didn’t expect it to be just as they say XD. If you wish to enjoy buldak noodles, but cannot handle spicy noodles, all you have to do is add as much spicy sauce as you like.
