The storyline was cute and totally relatable, I remember the age and always feeling like everything was a much bigger deal then it was.I loved Dork Diaries and book 15 definitely had that it factor I loved seeing the famous landmarks like the Catacombs, the Eiffel Tower, and the Louvre Museum it’s like visiting Paris through reading. It also doesn't help that the only thing happening is Nikki stressing out over her falling off the stage, which comes up again but really has no substance, and her doing nothing and ghosting all her friends because she knows shes going to Paris. Nikki can’t wait to learn new art styles, practice her French and explore the most romantic city in the world with her crush Brandon. Guys it is not fair judge a book without reading it, so just because you are mad the book kept getting delayed doesn't make it right to leave it a bad review.

While I wish it was better because I've been waiting for this for years, there is good in this book too. One thing I hate about these books is that Nikki is constantly complaining about how bratty and privileged Mackenzie is. With a HUGE global fanbase, Dork Diaries is the perfect series for fans of Lottie Brooks, Diary of a Wimpy Kid and Tom Gates.I only wish Nikki and Brandon would finally couple up, and MacKenzie would get over her silly hangups and treat Nikki with the grace that Nikki treats her with. Nikki first believes that he is a girl named Andrea and accidentally reveals some embarrassing information to him as a result, but they both become friends. One thing that I have really noticed that makes this book a little different than her past books is the fact that the drawing as a little bit more mature towards the end, and I don't know if this is because Nikki talks about wanting to draw a lot of fashion, Rachel's daughter has really advanced her drawing skills since the first couple of books, or a little of both. He also has a crush on Chloe Garcia, and the both of them went on a date at the Sweetheart Dance in Dork Diaries: Tales From a Not-So Happy Heartbreaker.
