It comes with a nice long high pressure hose to the lance which winds onto a built in reel, a very good feature. Avoid like the plague and if you are going to proceed, don't be tempted into their 5% bank transfer discount for not using a credit card which they'd obviously then be subject to chargeback for fraudulent behaviour. I guess there's a reason there's not that many reviews and the cost is not as high for the pressure washer. When we opened it up, we discovered that this may very well be a fault with the way it was assembled. Without this firm connection the whole machine is useless so no point in power if there are design issues, weak connections etc.

This is the second time I have used it and high-pressure hose burst in the middle covering me in water.Had I known the above issues I'd have gone for a known brand as I've been using one of those for 14 years without issues. Hence it became lose immediately on use and surrounding plastic started cracking and bits came off on a single short use. Obviously I explained it had never started, the instructions didn't cover the adjustment they told me I needed to have made, and it was therefore clearly delivered with a fault.

Everything about this jet washer gives the impression of high quality and having been well thought out. It's a substantial piece of kit, very well designed and having a brushless motor this will undoubtedly improve its performance.It's solid and although I haven't used it yet I have no doubt that it will perform better than virtually all it's competitors. The company contact info via phone is very confusing as in the UK it's another company that deals with this and can only be contacted via messaging/ticketing. Item worked reasonably well in terms of power when compared to competitors but there were a few major issues that competitors did not have. Other issues with product were that the main hose connection near the reel was held by a retainer ring (without any screw function) and surrounded by plastic.

Another key point is the lance is very thin and feels weak compared to other brands even the cheaper brands have a much more robust lance and adjustable gun than this one does.
