Some of our water butts come a free linking kits when more than one is bought, such as the Prestige Water Butt. If for any reason we anticipate a delay on our normal dispatch time we will contact you to let you know. This prevents stagnant water in the pipe and air locks which prevent flow to tank and allows the diverter to continue to work as an overflow. The majority of our diverters and filters our supplied with 30-50cm hose to connect the filter/diverter to the water butt. Occasionally your water butt may be greater than this distance from the downpipe and so we have a range of hoses to allow a greater separation between water butt and downpipe diverter. This agreement is back to back with the courier and we will not be liable for any delays as per our terms.
