Description

She’s been well designed with a small profile and cylindrical shape which makes her easy to store when you’re not using her. However, within that is plenty of power and space to store large amounts of dust and dirt. There is essentially no difference between the Hetty and Henry, other than her appearance. You can read our full review of this machine here.

Add to that all the usual benefits of the Henry range such as 9 litre capacity, a sturdy frame and reliable, long-lasting performance and you have the perfect addition for any pet lover’s home. I cannot tell you how excited I am to get this hoover. My favourite colour is pink, so to have a pink hoover is literally a dream come true.Charles is designed to shine in the wet – and this is indeed where it has the edge over the competition. Having a vacuum which can clean up spillages is a major bonus. If you’ve ever had a big spill in your home or even had a problem with the plumbing you know exactly how difficult it can be to clean it up. Not with a Charles in the house. The hoses only give an extra metre or two in terms of extra reach. However, the cord winds out for up to 26 metres, which is the average length a Henry vacuum cleaner can stretch to. If you own a flat, the Henry will be able to clean the whole place without you having to unplug and move. Energy Efficiency There are different aspects of Henry vacuums that come with a class rating. Energy Efficiency is one, suction another. There may be more. As a general rule, Class A is the best you can buy. A Traditional Henry has an Energy Class A rating, for example. Other Considerations to Make Before Buying a Henry Vacuum Cleaner

There are a variety of considerations to be made before you make your final choice from the Henry vacuum range. Things like colour, shape, and whether or not it can handle cleaning up after your dog are important! Henry have a vacuum cleaner for everyone! You need the Henry Micro. This nifty little number uses a MicroTex Filtration System to ensure that even the smallest particles are whipped out of the fibres of your flooring. I want a Henry vacuum that does everything… is there one? Detailed below are what you should look for – or what you should ask yourself – before you buy your Henry vacuum cleaner. Dust Bin CapacityI also used Hetty to clean my car and all of the tools made it super easy to reach into the nooks and crannies. The crevice tool was long enough to reach down the sides of seats and the upholstery tool did a great job at removing debris from the seats and carpets. All in all it was much faster than when I use my little handheld vacuum.

We’ve mentioned this earlier in the post, but, in short, there is no difference between the two aside from the colour scheme. Both have the same motor, filtration system, dust capacity and accessories – so the only reason to choose the Hetty over the Henry is if you prefer the colour! What’s The Difference Between The Hetty 160 and Hetty 200? Yes, certain models are able to clean things like your drains, standing water, or any spillages in the kitchen or bathroom. The Charles and the George are both made to be wet and dry vacuum cleaners. While the George also cleans carpets and upholstery, the Charles is able to sook up spillage without exploding. I have allergies. Do Henry have a vacuum cleaner I can use? A bonus is that the Hetty comes with an extra adaptor for tools. If you’re working in a cramped space, you can remove the steel tube that tools usually attach. The dirt capacity of the Hetty 160-11 is 6 litres. This makes it one of the largest we’ve reviewed, so you won’t need to empty it as often. On the flip side, it’s a bulky cleaner (dimensions of 34.5cm x 32cm x 34 cm) that can feel difficult to move around the home. There are also only two castor wheels combined with two fixed wheels, so it’s not as manoeuvrable as models with four castors. Most of these machines have only one or two controls. An off/on switch and the cord winder. They may have a high/low setting (like the traditional Henry) and they may have a wet/dry setting (like the George). Finally, the Xtra can switch between hard floors and carpets as a special feature. Storage Hetty comes with a crevice tool, dusting tool and an upholstery tool with removable brushes, plus a small plastic connecting tube for these little tools. Only two of the tools at a time can be stored on board, which I found a tad frustrating as I like to have them all to hand as I go around the house. But I just made sure I always had the dusting brush and upholstery tool attached, as for me, these are the ones I use the most. The nation’s best loved vacuum, chosen by millions for his reliability, performance and cheeky smile.. As we mentioned earlier in the review, we don’t think the Hetty is the most convenient vacuum to use around the home. It’s quite bulky and heavy, plus the circular design can be awkward to use. There are still some handy ease of use features included though, such as:
