I'm having trouble actually taking the large tablets and the pharmacy reply was to make into smaller pieces or crush and mix into a yogurt. On top of this I'm still in pain and I'm having some side effects. Ibuprofen also brings down a fever by reducing the production of prostaglandins. Fever is associated with an increase in prostaglandins in the brain, which cause the body temperature to increase. By reducing prostaglandins in the brain, ibuprofen lowers body temperature. Ibuprofen is not recommended for women who are trying to get pregnant because it can temporarily reduce female fertility.

Feminax may rarely cause serious liver disease. Get medical help immediately if you have any symptoms of liver damage, such as dark urine, loss of appetite, persistent vomiting or nausea, stomach or abdominal pain, and yellowing of the eyes and skin.If you get any side effects, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. Do not take this medicine if you are already taking aspirin, low dose aspirin or any other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) like Ibuprofen. This includes cyclo-oxygenase-2 selective inhibitors (COX2) like celecoxib. Do not take this medicine if you have ever had an allergic reaction to:
