I do not want to say that Creator is bad board, definitelyit is great board, "only" not suitable for my purpose. I need 1x PCIe x16 for GPU + 1x PCIe x4 for storage + 1x PCIe x4 for networking. On top of this 2x M2 slot PCIe 4.0 is fully sufficient (one for windows, one for Debian).

You are looking at workstation and/or server level requirements and for that, a consumer grade board+cpu won't do you any good. You need extra lanes that only aa Threadripper HEDT can provide.
