Dasuquin is the only joint supplement on the market to include the effective formulation of ASU (NMX1000®), Glucosamine HCl (FCHG49®) and low molecular weight Chondroitin Sulphate (TRH122®) and has over 50 published articles demonstrating safety, bioavailability and efficacy. p style="font-size: 12px;">*Dasuquin® contains FCHG49® Glucosamine, TRH122® Sodium Chondroitin Sulfate, and NMX1000® Avocado/Soybean Unsaponifiables, proprietary veterinary researched specifications.
Note: I tried to make my review as unbiased as I could. For this reason, I will show you both the good points I found about this supplement and the bad ones. I am not praising/criticizing the product or its company, I am simply telling my opinion about it.

mg isn’t really a small dose, but it could have been higher. Considering there are 600 mg of glucosamine, 350-400 mg of chondroitin would have worked much better, in my opinion. There’s one thing that bothers me when it comes to this supplement’s ingredients. There is a very high dose of MSM (higher than in many human supplements) and a pretty low dose of chondroitin (compared to glucosamine). td>Proprietary Blend: Avocado/Soybean Unsaponifiables (ASU), Boswellia serrata extract (containing acetyl-11-keto-boswellic acid [AKBA]), and green tea extract (EGCG)MSM (400 mg) – this is a natural substance that both dogs and human have inside their body. It helps joint nourishment and flexibility. Unfortunately, its level decreases with age, that’s why older dogs need it from supplements. In my personal opinion, this dose is a bit high, as I have rarely seen human supplements with 400 mg per serving. Dasuquin Advanced contains the same trusted ingredients found in Dasuquin, the #1 joint health brand recommended by veterinarians*:

Dasuquin® Advanced is offered in tasty and convenient sprinkle capsules. Simply sprinkle the capsule powder over cat food or mix in.

If it’s a really good one, you can start to see an improvement in the same week, but these are more rare cases.Dasuquin is indeed one of the most expensive joint supplements you can find for your dog. But that doesn’t mean it’s better than all the other ones. In fact, to me it doesn’t seem like it contains some amazing ingredients. Worth Buying?: Not really. It’s a good product, but it’s way too expensive for what it does and for what it contains. It doesn’t have anything special inside, so I think you can get a cheaper supplement that does pretty much the same thing.

There are many types of omega-3 fatty acids, but dogs specifically need EPA and DHA to decrease the inflammatory process caused by arthritis. html[dir='rtl'] .aplus-v2 .aplus-standard .apm-hovermodule-smallimage-last {margin-left:0 !important;}If you notice any of these symptoms, it’s important to take your dog to the veterinarian for a complete examination. Your vet will conduct a physical exam, chat with you about observations, and perhaps request additional tests to investigate any affected joints. Best Joint Supplements for Dogs p style="font-size: 12px;">The recommended initial period is 4-6 weeks; however, some dogs may respond in a shorter period of time. If desired, the number of Dasuquin® Advanced soft chews may then be reduced to a maintenance level. The maintenance level can also be used long-term in healthy dogs to help support their joints.
