Fifth Harmony’s Lauren Jauregui Offers Support to Struggling LGBT+ Members: ‘Your Truth is NotShameful’ When it comes to love, it’s not always about how you feel about that person; it’s about how that person makes you feel about yourself. You make me feel like me. Charlotte Freeman, Everything You’ll Ever Need You Can Find Within Yourself There is nothing more scary or lonely than losing yourself trying to please people that were never meant for you anyway. Charlotte Freeman, Everything You’ll Ever Need You Can Find Within Yourself

Everything You’ll Ever Need (You Can Find Within Yourself) is a poetry book by Australian author Charlotte Freeman. The book has been described a series of “motivational epiphanies that can apply to everyone no matter where you’re at in life.” Reading this I found so many of the messages to resonate with me and my heart. It was a lot of stuff that I needed to hear…🫶🏼 This messages really made me reflect on myself, relationships, friendships, my life journey, and so much more. I also found myself being reminded that I do need to continue to be gentle with myself as no one is perfect, but I am also my own biggest critic. When will I be able to read Everything You’ll Ever Need in my language? When do the translations come out? The writing style is clear and accessible, and Freeman has a way of explaining complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand. She draws on a wide range of sources, from psychology to spirituality, to support her arguments and provide a well-rounded perspective.First, self-reliance. Freeman poetically nudges us to uncover our innate potential and abilities. She doesn’t advocate for isolation, rather, she inspires us to tap into our inner resilience to face any challenge. Her message? “Believe in yourself and your journey” — we are our greatest allies. A poem from Charlotte’s book on healing from traumatic moments.

Find balance in your life. Work hard but don’t let work take over your life, you will lose yourself. Love, but love for the right reasons. Life is too short for anything mediocre. Know who you are and know that you are worthy of reaching your dreams and that it is never too late to start creating that life you have always dreamed of. Do not compare yourself to others, that’s just deadly. No two souls are the same. You are your own person, you are beautiful and you are unique. Put your trust in the universe. Some things are just meant to happen, and some are not. Let go of whatever is stealing your happiness, it’s hard but it is worth it. Embrace change. Embrace life. I recently read "Everything You'll Ever Need You Can Find Within Yourself" by Charlotte Freeman, and I found it to be an inspiring and empowering book.i wasn’t expecting important daily reminders & passages that i could truly resonate with & that help with feelings of doubt, helplessness, love & every other emotion we tend to feel. i felt like the passages dug deep & tore me up telling me not what i want to hear, but what i need to hear. I read it in one night; it's not my favourite Thought Catalogue read, but still very uplifting and put things into perspective. I feel better for having read this. Let yourself feel before you heal. Charlotte Freeman, Everything You’ll Ever Need You Can Find Within Yourself

In 2023, Charlotte Freeman achieved an extraordinary accomplishment. Not just one, but two of her poetry books ascended into the global top 10 best-selling poetry list. This book is full of beautiful encouragement. It was not a book of poetry but words that resonate and inspire us. No one should have you entirely, that’s not how it’s supposed to be. If you give yourself entirely to someone else, that means you have nothing left to give yourself. Choose someone that encourages you to be “you,” someone that lets you be more “you” each day, not someone that demands so much of your valuable heart space that you can’t even remember the last time you felt like yourself.”Take your time healing, as long as you want. Nobody else knows what you’ve been through. And nobody else can judge you on your healing process. Charlotte Freeman, Everything You’ll Ever Need You Can Find Within Yourself This single song encapsulates most of the major arcs in the movie, from Barnum’s dream as a child to Carlyle’s relationship with Wheeler to Barnum losing sight of his initial devotion to his family. Born and raised in Queensland, Australia, Charlotte Freeman is a poet and graphic designer whose words have resonated across the world. She is the creator of Momentary Happiness, a platform that initially began in 2013 as a creative outlet and has since flourished into a full-time career and a community of over 750,000 followers. The title itself is self explanatory! It consists of gentle reminders (all written as prose and poetry) that we all need as crucial forms of motivation. Primarily these reminders focused on loving ourselves more, life (such as our journeys), and relationships.

Use italics (lyric) and bold (lyric) to distinguish between different vocalists in the same song part The Strength In Our Scars” is Bianca Sparacino’s reminder to you: No matter what you’re going through, no matter where you are on your healing journey—you are strong. What I appreciated most about this book was the way it challenged me to rethink my own beliefs and assumptions about myself that ultimately led me to a greater sense of clarity and self-awareness.The author's message is simple but powerful: we already have everything we need to live happy, fulfilling lives within ourselves. Through a series of exercises and reflections, Freeman guides the reader on a journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance. Reading this book right after I’ve finished therapy and officially terminated with my therapist was honestly so rewarding. Reading this kind of poetry book as a healed version of myself was a feeling I’d never thought I’d be able to experience. (shoutout to my therapist for the amazing work she did with me! I miss her big time already 😭) The feeling is truly indescribable. 🥹
