Cant say 100% for sure but generally speaking all Shimmy disc brakes are interchangable - even between road and mountain. So I'd say almost certainly. The only recommendation I have seen is to also swap out the road hose for the MTB hose if you want road brifters to MTB calipers. Even then I would guess they still work but you lose a little feel.
